Ko au a Ihipera Joyce O’Rourke, founder of IHI: System Navigations. IHI was created from a deep commitment to the people I serve – whānau, hapū, marae and community. Through both my lived experiences and professional journey, I’ve seen how the pathway between communities and their goals can often be blocked by layers of complexity and disconnected systems.
I am dedicated to helping businesses, committees, and groups bring clarity to their decision-making, untangle their processes, and map out simple, practical steps forward. My role is to bridge the gaps where things feel stuck.
As a Wāhine Māori, I am grounded in my culture and community-focused. I value collaboration, efficiency, and I naturally see through the structures that slow progress. My mission is simple: to make it easier.
